FIXES (video does not show)

LINKING

  1. make sure you are on ubisoft help cases website! (needed for linking)
  2. if the account is already linked contact staff.
  3. once it logged in browser ur xbox account has been linked to the account

XBOX APP fixes

  1. make sure you enabled extension as shown in the youtube video.
    If it still does not log you in click ur xbox profile on the app → click settings → turn off both ubisoft connect extensions (with ubisoft app closed) → restart ur pc → then re open xbox app and turn them back on → enable extension and open ubisoft and you will be logged in!
  2. Ubisoft app must be closed when enabling or disabling extensions!
