Fixes

If the video does not show, use the YouTube button above and open the newest result from the channel.

Linking

  1. XBOX or PSN is needed for linking. If you do not have one, ask staff about prelinked accounts.
  2. If the account is already linked, contact staff.
  3. It takes 60-180 days to make FA, but the owner can come back anytime. This is rare.

Xbox app fixes

  1. Make sure you enabled the extension as shown in the YouTube video. If it still does not log you in, click your Xbox profile in the app, open settings, turn off both Ubisoft Connect extensions while the Ubisoft app is closed, restart your PC, reopen the Xbox app, turn the extensions back on, enable the extension, and open Ubisoft.
  2. The Ubisoft app must be closed when enabling or disabling extensions.
